The spa has its own building: three floors around a white wrought-iron atrium filled with light, with an indoor pool, a watsu bath and thirteen treatment rooms across 2,500 square meters.
The day opens in the hammam. There are two, separated by gender, each with hot, warm and cold rooms. The ritual runs ninety minutes: black soap, the kessa glove, a ghassoul clay mask, then a rinse and mint tea taken wrapped in linen. A massage follows, then lunch in the spa, then the pool for as long as you want it.
A private hammam can be reserved for one to six bathers, which works for families traveling together. Same-gender therapists are standard. Book a week ahead, two in spring.

Spa hours shift during Ramadan. We schedule the hammam and massage in the morning and hold the meal until after sunset.
